Originally from England, I came to Canada in my twenties for a summer job at the CN Tower where I unexpectedly met my future husband. Life led us to settle in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, where we’ve built our home and family. After a career in human resources and shortly after becoming a mum, I discovered the beautiful practice of Reiki and completed my Level 1 and 2 training.

In 2017, I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer which allowed me to practice everything I’d learnt over the decades about mindfulness, presence and truly “being here now.” Reiki was an invaluable support during that time, helping me manage stress, stay calm in between medical appointments and maintain clarity of mind during this challenging time. I integrated Reiki alongside other traditional medical treatments and once they were complete I embarked on a transformative, 8-month Usui Reiki Master-level training program with my teacher here in Waterloo Region.

Helping others find calm, balance, and relief from everyday stress is at the heart of my Reiki practice. My goal is to support people in feeling less overwhelmed and more aligned in their daily lives.

In-person Reiki is available at a beautiful wellness centre in Waterloo, while distance sessions are offered worldwide from my cozy home Reiki room.

I volunteer at Kitchener-Waterloo's HopeSpring Cancer Support Centre, offering in-person Reiki treatments to individuals facing cancer. For those unable to attend in person, whether due to distance or mobility, I also provide distance Reiki sessions.

Outside of Reiki, I love time with family and friends and adventures with my dog, Luna.
