During a Reiki session, you’ll lie down fully clothed on a comfortable massage table. The lights will be dimmed and I usually play relaxing music in the background to enhance relaxation. I either place my hands on or just above your body in a series of positions, focusing on areas where energy may be blocked or depleted. There is no pressure or manipulation involved—Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice. Many people report feeling warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm and peace during the session. Each experience is unique, but the overall aim is to support your body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.
