Distance Reiki is a powerful form of energy healing that transcends physical space. Rooted in the same principles as traditional, in-person Reiki, this method allows healing energy to be sent across time and distance. Whether you're across town or on the other side of the world, Reiki energy flows where it's needed most, guided by intention and our connection.

There are various benefits of distance reiki:

Convenience – You can receive reiki from the comfort of your own home.

Flexible Scheduling – It's likely easier to fit into a busy schedule as there's no commute time and I have a more flexible schedule for distant reiki.

Comfort & Privacy – You remain in your own home during the session which means you may feel even more relaxed as it's a familiar environment. You can also continue to relax after the appointment as there's no need to deal with traffic after!

How does a Reiki Distant Healing treatment work? (1  hour in total)

We’ll arrange a time for your session when you can be in a quiet space to rest and relax so you can fully benefit while receiving the reiki.

Before your session, I’ll send you an email with a few suggestions to help you prepare. When it’s time, we’ll have a short call to connect and set your intention for the session. The Reiki session will last for about 45 minutes and afterwards, we’ll have a quick chat to discuss anything that comes up and to answer any questions you may have.

My personal experience with distance Reiki

Having family and friends in the UK has meant that distance Reiki has always been a part of my practice, as it's a wonderful way to stay connected despite being miles apart.
